Products

• All items are produced in small batches; minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur.
• Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight differences may exist.

Orders & Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Shopify and accepted payment methods (Stripe, PayPal, card).
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g. in case of error in stock or pricing).

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Risk passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the shipping provider.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
• Personalized, worn, or used items cannot be returned.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
